Price transparency

The axer law firm is well aware that clear price structures and fair conditions are of crucial importance to its clients. The axer law firm achieves this through regular contact with clients when handling the case and transparency when billing the work it has carried out.

The following three payment models are used for billing services:

Time fee
In general, work carried out by the axer law firm is reimbursed in agreement with the client according to the time required. Before work starts a rough time plan is worked out for the client, on the basis of which the expected costs can be read off. Should it transpire in the course of the subsequent work that adjustments will be necessary, the client will be given prior notification hereof.

Flat-rate consulting fees
As an alternative to billing according to time required, a monthly flat-rate consulting fee may be chosen as a price model in suitable cases; this is especially worthwhile for companies who do not have their own legal department, but still want to obtain ongoing legal advice.

Representation in court
Payment for representation in court depends on the amount in dispute and is always measured according to the Lawyers Remuneration Law ("Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz").
